Kya ho raha hai

Inner ear mein ek balance-organ hota hai jo brain ko bataata hai ki aapka sir kahaan hai.

Jab woh sooj jaaye, damage ho, ya galat kaam kare, to duniya steady mehsoos hona band kar deti hai.

Brain ek kharaab inner ear ke ird-gird balance phir se seekh sakta hai — aur wahi phir-seekhna rehabilitation chalaata hai.

Theek hona kaisa dikhta hai

  1. Assessment

    Asli kaaran dhoondhna — inner ear, migraine, ya koi aur source.

  2. Chhah se aath hafte

    Roz ki exercises brain ko phir sikhaati hain; zyaadatar log saarthak badlaav mehsoos karte hain.

  3. Kuch mahine

    Steadiness lautti hai, aur bheed waali jagahein phir sambhaalne yogya ho jaati hain.

Hum aapke kaaran aur kitna samay lagna chahiye, is baare mein sach kehte hain — aur yeh bhi sach ki lagataar kaam asli, sthaayi steadiness laata hai.
