  2. Phir se banaana

    Jaise-jaise dard shaant hota hai, sahaara dene waali muscles ko mazboot karna.

  3. Achha bane rehna

    Zyaadatar log poori tarah ubharte hain; sahi aadatein lautne ka khatra saaf taur par kam karti hain.

Zyaadatar nerve-root ka dard achhi tarah shaant ho jaata hai. Agar kisi maamle ko zyaada ki zaroorat ho to hum sach kehte hain — aur zyaadatar ko kabhi nahi hoti.
