Parkinson's tab hota hai jab brain dheere-dheere dopamine kam banaata hai — ek chemical jo movement ko smooth aur steady rakhne mein madad karta hai.
Dopamine kam hone par movement dheemi aur akadi ho jaati hai, aur aaraam ki haalat mein haath kaanp sakta hai.
Yeh dheere-dheere aata hai aur saalon mein dheere-dheere badalta hai. Har kisi ka Parkinson's thoda alag dikhta hai.
Parkinson's mein exercise koi option nahi — yeh sabse asardaar treatments mein se ek hai. Roz karne par yeh aapko saalon tak chalta-firta aur independent rakhti hai.

- Ek haath mein kaanpan (tremor), aksar aaraam ki haalat mein
- Dheere chalna-firna, ya akdan mehsoos hona

- Kharaab neend, udaasi, ya kabz — kabhi-kabhi shuruaati signs
