Kya ho raha hai

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) tab hota hai jab body ka immune system galti se nerves ke protective covering par hamla kar deta hai.

Woh covering signals ko tezi se pahunchaane mein madad karti hai. Jahaan woh damage hoti hai, signals dheeme pad jaate hain ya ruk jaate hain — jisse kamzori, sunnpan, thakaan aur bahut kuch hota hai.

MS anishchit hota hai. Symptoms ubhar sakte hain aur phir shaant ho sakte hain, aur har vyakti mein alag hote hain.

Flare-ups ke beech, sahi kaam aapki taaqat, energy aur chalne ko bachaata hai. Bahut se log dashakon tak active aur independent rehte hain.

MS ke symptoms aate-jaate rehte hain. Kisi badlaav ko dekhna baatcheet ke laayak hai — iska matlab sabse bura nahi hota.

3Step 3

Hum kaise madad karte hain

  1. 1Hum aisi exercise ka plan banaate hain jo thakaan ka crash laaye bina taaqat badhaaye.
  2. 2Hum energy bachaane ki aadatein sikhaate hain, taaki aapki mehnat wahaan lage jahaan sabse zaroori hai.
  3. 3Hum balance aur chalne par kaam karte hain, is hisaab se ki aap abhi kaisa mehsoos kar rahe hain.
  4. 4Hum thandak rakhna, raftaar sambhaalna aur aaraam sikhaate hain, taaki rozmarra ki zindagi steady rahe.

Theek hona kaisa dikhta hai

  1. Flare-ups ke beech

    Steady, saavdhaan exercise jo aapke paas jo hai use bachaati hai aur thoda aur banaati hai.

  2. Flare-up ke aaspaas

    Jab tak yeh active hai, aaraam; phir shaant hone par dheere-dheere phir banaana. Naye symptoms ko dhakelkar aage na badhein.

  3. Saalon ke dauraan

    Sahi lay ke saath, bahut se log lambe samay tak chalte-firte, kaam karte aur bharpoor jeete rehte hain.

MS ko sambhaala jaata hai, theek nahi kiya jaata. Hum is baare mein sach kehte hain — aur yeh bhi sach ki sahi kaam ek asli, sthaayi farq daalta hai.
