1Step 1

Kya ho raha hai

Steady chalna inner ear, aankhon, sensation, taaqat aur brain ke saath milkar kaam karne par nirbhar karta hai.

  4. 4Hum ghar ki safety ki samiksha karte hain — roshni, carpet, footwear, bathroom — kyunki zyaadatar girna roka ja sakta hai.
4Step 4

Theek hona kaisa dikhta hai

  1. Assessment

    Yeh dhoondhna ki kaun-se systems chalne ko asthir bana rahe hain.

  2. Training ke saath

    Balance lagataar banaaya jaata hai; chalna zyaada steady hota hai aur girna kam.

  3. Confidence lautna

    Zyaadatar log apni steadiness — aur apni independence — waapas paate hain.

Umar ke saath kuch badlaav samaanya hai, par girna anivaarya nahi. Hum aapke kaaranon ke baare mein sach kehte hain — aur balance sachmuch kisi bhi umar mein training se jawaab deta hai.
